Elevate your online business by staying away from companies like LocalAgentFinder and WhicRealEstateAgent. In my opinion, these companies are the biggest rort in the real estate industry, as they have convinced the public that they are doing a service by helping them but really, they are taking food off the plate of hard-working agents. Sadly, it’s our own fault as we as an industry left the door wide open for them to come in and take what is ours.

How did these companies end up in a position where they just stroll in and slip a little 20% invoice onto a commission that was earned by you? Simple: they were just better at digital marketing and SEO. They wrote content that answered the questions that consumers ask on a daily basis. Then they slipped a product underneath that content which looks free to the consumer. Very clever, actually.

How can you as a business owner eradicate that invoice? How can you attract more leads directly to your business that are currently coming through LocalAgentFinder?

You must be better at controlling your online marketing.

The first thing to do is search in Google for the following keywords:

Real Estate (Your Service Area) – e.g. real estate brisbane

Real Estate Agent (Your Service Area)

Property Management (Your Service Area)

For Sale (Your Service Area)

For Rent (Your Service Area)

To increase your search engine ranking and elevate your online business, one effective strategy is to create separate pages on your website for each topic, each containing at least 1800 words. Once these key pages are in place, they will start to move up the Google ranks organically. To move them up faster, acquire backlinks from other websites.
