The challenge of maintain a small Real Estate Business is getting the time to attend to all the back-office tasks when you are on the road generating income. When peter came to ShoreAgents he was handling all the producing tasks and with a small rent roll struggling to find a Property Manager that was affordable to look after 90 properties. Look I wasn’t real sure about what I was doing with regard to outsourcing and they’ve certainly helped me get more business into that mode of working with some outsourced workers and being able to work on the go.

Peter’s team comprises of himself and his Offshore Superstar who support that administrational side of his Property Management business. Peter was so snowed under and finding the time to implement he recognised would be an issue, so he took our Co-Managed options. This means that we assisted with the training and implementing some procedures and automation that would help run his staff member when he was not able to.
