Hey folks, it’s Stephen Atcheler here—your dynamic duo of real estate wisdom, both as a skeptic and a convert. Today, we’re in for some Jekyll and Hyde action, with a twist of humor and a sprinkle of “Ah, that makes sense!” Let’s talk about the apprehensions many real estate business owners have about outsourcing. But not just from Mr. ShoreAgents’ point of view; I’ll also be flipping the coin to show you the “Skeptical Stephen.” Are you ready? Good, because I sure am!
Ahoy, folks! Skeptical Stephen here, reporting for duty. Let’s cut to the chase. I’m not sending jobs overseas. Period. Why should I when I can support the local economy?
Ahoy back, mate! You know, this isn’t a pirate invasion; think of it more like a cruise liner bringing exotic goods and opportunities from afar. When you outsource, you free up your local team to focus on tasks that need their specific expertise. It’s like having a navigator so you can focus on steering the ship! Plus, the ‘stolen jobs’ are helping another economy flourish, which in turn creates a broader market for everyone. Win-win!
I’ve been in this business for years. I know the ropes, and I can get things done faster if I just do it myself. Why pay someone else?
Oh, Skeptical Stephen, you’re the Sisyphus of real estate, aren’t you? But let me remind you, you could be a majestic conductor waving a baton, not a one-man band struggling to play every instrument. With outsourcing, you get a whole orchestra of skilled players, each an expert in their own instrument. Bravo!
Why should I trust someone halfway around the world with important tasks? What if they mess it up? The risks are just too high.
Oh, you drama king, you! Outsourcing isn’t diffusing a bomb; it’s more like having a skilled bomb squad (that’s us, by the way) to navigate through the challenges. We’ve got metal detectors, protective suits, and years of experience to ensure things go smoothly.
I mean, seriously, what kind of tasks can someone so far away even handle? Fetch me virtual coffee?
First off, if you find that virtual coffee, let me know. But in all seriousness, an outsourced team can do everything from admin tasks to customer relations, digital marketing, and more. It’s not just a hammer in your toolbox; it’s the entire Home Depot.
So there you have it, the inner battle of Skeptical Stephen vs. ShoreAgents Stephen. Whether you’re a skeptic or on the fence, the point is to chuckle, ponder, and maybe—just maybe—give outsourcing a whirl.
Let’s meet in the middle, shall we? Go ahead, give us a try, and if it doesn’t work out, you can always tell me, “I told you so.” But if it does, welcome to the ShoreAgents fan club!
Until next time, stay quirky and keep questioning!

The support from Stephen and the team has been absolutely sensational. Outsourcing really allowed me to streamline what I do, particularly with my back office out of things which takes a lot of time off me, and allows me to focus on the role that I need.
We have 2 staff with ShoreAgents one in Property Management and one in multimedia. We are constantly blown away by the capabilities of our team in the Philippines and we will be hiring more staff with ShoreAgents in the future! The whole team there are legends.
We've had almost a 25% increase in volume of appraisal listings and sales. I could recommend ShoreAgents more highly enough just to further improve the efficiency and effectiveness of how you work.
ShoreAgents certainly helped me get my business into that mode of working with some outsourced workers and helping me to work on the go.
Working with ShoreAgents has been a great experience, we've been able to scale and grow thanks to their reliable and experienced agents. The ShoreAgents team has become a key part of our operations and our onshore staff have full faith that things are taken care of so they can focus on what they do best here.
We are loving our new VA its only been 2 weeks but we should have done it years ago.
