Choose the right Real Estate CRM for you!
When choosing a CRM, you must choose the one that suits you, but also allows you to tag prospects the way that you want to. Not only will this help you find prospects easier, but it will also allow you to create automation and campaigns based on what the prospect is looking to do. A CRM is not just a place to run operations. It should be the central nucleus of your business in every area all feeding into it.
If a prospect comes from a certain area, you want to be able to automatically run a campaign based on what action they took. You do not want this to be a duty that you have to do manually. Once they are in the system, you need to be able to automate the process and other campaigns, based on where they are at in the journey.
