An Outsourced Real Estate Accountant or Bookkeeper Can Prepare Your BAS!
Let’s be honest here, we all love making money, but accounting for every cent in or out, is not our strong point and I might say, nor should it be. However, it is extremely important, if you take your eyes off it, you may get some leakage and it will end up a mess. The most expensive person in your expenses is more than likely to be your accountant.
When it comes time to lodging your BAS, if it is all neat and tidy, it will not take too long for your accountant so it will not hurt your pocket. If you hand it over like a dog’s breakfast, then it will take them time to sort your mess so it will cost you an arm and a leg. So, what we are suggesting is to hire a full-time virtual Real Estate Bookkeeper or Accountant, in the Philippines, for a fraction of the cost.
