Why outsource? There are many reasons in your Real Estate Business why you may be making the decision to think about outsourcing and hiring a Real Estate Virtual Assistant.

The first thing that comes to mind when you think about outsourcing, is to reduce expenses. There are many other reasons why I’d suggest outsourcing.  One of the biggest is that there is no barrier to entry, to create new roles that can start to generate income.

The thing that will stop you with your business moving forward, would generally be the wage component, to actually create another role. You may be getting to a point in your business where you are at the capacity where you cannot increase without getting a new staff member. Now, the average staff member across the globe (let’s talk specifically about Australia) is about $60,000 or $55,000 per year, generally, for an administration person to start in a new role.

Now, if this is something you require, but you don’t have full time work, you’ve got to start to look part time or the other option is, you can choose somewhere else to offshore that work.

Most people are now choosing the Philippines to offshore their administration work. The reason behind this is because of the education level, fluent English ability and the work ethic of the Filipino.

So, with outsourcing to the Philippines, you can hire someone at a far lower cost. The reason being, that it is a far lower cost. It’s just purely the economy of the globe, where the wage component in a country like the Philippines, a third world country, is far lower. The reason it is lower is because of the cost of living being lower in the Philippines.
