Zoom is an effective software for meetings and coordinated work. It can be used on multiple devices as portable software to meet from anywhere. Its bandwidth requirements are relatively small, allowing you to use it on metered connections and unstable wifi. You can have calls with voice and video, schedule meetings or host them impromptu, send and receive files, share photos and screenshots, and send recordings. You can also share your screen, where you can select the region, application, or the entire screen to broadcast to the participants watching. Your sessions on Zoom can be one-on-one or involve several participants. Meetings on Zoom are streamlined and intuitive for completing the task at hand. With hundreds of applications to integrate, you can expand what you can do with Zoom to add new features for collaboration, documentation, whiteboards, finance, project management, etc. Zoom is excellent for calling through the Zoom Phone application, using which you can receive and make calls to other phones or Zoom users directly. For customer support and client calls, you can use Zoom to log all calls and redirect them to another user. Recording is a powerful feature on Zoom, allowing you to record all meetings, webinars, screen shares, calls, and whiteboards. Zoom is free, which is an excellent benefit as many companies don't require Zoom's features to the fullest to meet their daily needs.

The thing that I like the most about Zoom is very easy to set up and use. I also like the simplicity of using it with other applications. Its seamless integration with Google Calendar, Calendly, and Fathom is a great help in setting up meetings and making notes.

The excellent UI and functional features appeal to me. I like that we can hold one-on-one calls with any user in addition to meetings and retain the most of the capabilities found in meetings. We don't need to do much to set up a meeting because to its rapid meeting feature, which I truly adore. I adore that we can personalise so many different features of our Zoom account, such as the way our ideas are displayed on the whiteboard when we share our screens, the ability to add emojis and people to multiple Zoom Rooms inside the same Zoom conference.
